These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the FilpZoho platform, accessible at filpzoho.com ("Platform"). FilpZoho is operated by its founding team based in India ("we", "us", "our").

By creating an account or using any feature of the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and FilpZoho.

To use FilpZoho, you must meet the following eligibility criteria:

• ✅You must be at least 18 years of age
• ✅You must be a resident of India
• ✅You must provide accurate and truthful registration information
• ✅You must have a valid Indian mobile number and email address
• ❌Persons previously banned from FilpZoho are not eligible to re-register

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your account.

• 📋Each user is permitted to hold only one account. Multiple accounts are strictly prohibited.
• 🔐You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account
• 📧You must provide accurate information during registration and keep it up to date
• 🚨You must immediately notify us of any unauthorised access to your account

All deposits made on FilpZoho are subject to the following terms:

• 💳Deposits must be made through the official payment methods provided on the Platform
• 📸A payment screenshot must be submitted for each deposit for verification
• ⏱️Deposits are manually verified by our admin team and credited within 24 hours
• ⚠️Deposits made through unofficial channels will not be credited and cannot be refunded
• ❌FilpZoho does not accept deposits from third-party accounts

FilpZoho operates a 1% Daily Profit system, subject to the following terms:

• ✅Daily profits are credited automatically to your account every day
• ✅Profit is calculated on your active investment balance
• 📅Profits accumulate on active plan days as per your selected plan
• ⚙️FilpZoho reserves the right to modify the profit rate with prior notice to users

The following terms apply to all withdrawal requests on FilpZoho:

• ✅Minimum withdrawal amount is ₹100
• ✅Funds are transferred to your registered UPI account within 24 hours
• ✅Withdrawals are processed Monday to Friday
• 💼A 3% processing fee is deducted from each withdrawal
• 🔍All withdrawals are manually reviewed by our admin team before processing
• ❌Withdrawals to third-party UPI accounts are not permitted
• ❌FilpZoho reserves the right to hold or cancel withdrawals suspected of fraud

FilpZoho offers a referral program subject to the following conditions:

• ✅Referral bonuses are credited when a referred user completes a valid deposit
• 📋Referral earnings are subject to the bonus rates active at the time of referral
• ❌Self-referrals using multiple accounts are strictly prohibited and will result in account termination
• ❌FilpZoho reserves the right to modify or discontinue the referral program at any time

The following activities are strictly prohibited on FilpZoho and may result in immediate account termination:

• ❌Creating multiple accounts or using false identities
• ❌Attempting to manipulate, hack, or exploit the platform
• ❌Making fraudulent deposits or submitting false payment screenshots
• ❌Using the platform for money laundering or any illegal financial activity
• ❌Harassing, threatening, or abusing other users or platform staff
• ❌Sharing or selling your account credentials to third parties
• ❌Using bots, scripts, or automated tools to interact with the platform

FilpZoho reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any account under the following circumstances:

• ⚠️Violation of any clause within these Terms and Conditions
• ⚠️Suspected fraudulent, illegal, or abusive behaviour
• ⚠️Providing false or misleading information during registration
• ⚠️Any activity that compromises the integrity or security of the platform

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, FilpZoho and its team shall not be liable for:

• 📋Any loss of profits or investment returns beyond our stated platform terms
• 📋Losses arising from unauthorised account access due to user negligence
• 📋Service interruptions caused by technical issues, maintenance, or external factors
• 📋Decisions made by users based on platform information

FilpZoho reserves the right to revise these Terms and Conditions at any time.
